  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support
  • Drive organisational effectiveness and change management initiatives
  • Lead HR projects and implement people-related programmes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with company and regulatory requirements
  • Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational capability development

Requirements

  • Proven HR Business Partner / HR Business Leader experience
  • Manufacturing background is required
  • Experience driving organisational change and HR initiatives
