Key Account Executive/Supply Chain/5 days week/East/Max $4K

To solidify business relationships and develop professional rapport with client. Act as a main interface between client and internal cross functional team to optimize the best business practice. Work closely with Team and Manager to give periodic review and evaluation of present client's account.

• Responsible for day-to-day coordination of all aspects of Client’s business requirement needs.

• Provide customer service support on order information/status, quotation, shipping, delivery schedule, inventory, etc,

• Work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.

• Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of working experience in key account management in supply chain or customer service in supply chain industry.

• Experience in supply chain, key account management preferred.

• Excellent time management and interpersonal relationships with all levels.

• Strong analytical, good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong team player. Ability to multi-task and takes ownership in task.

• Ability to work with huge data accurately. Attention to details.
