Mechanical Engineer

Salary: $3,500 - $6,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve mechanical components, systems, and equipment.
Support product development activities, including design, testing, manufacturing, and installation.
Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Analyse equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports.
Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project completion.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
Experience in semiconductor or industrial equipment environment is preferred.
Proficient in CAD software and mechanical design.
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair is an advantage.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment or die bonder processes will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CAD, CAM, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is preferred.
