Manager, HR Business Partner (MedTech MNC / EAST) – 6-Month Contract #HHL

Salary: Up to $10,000/month, depending on experience

Location: Changi North

Working hour: Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities

• Partner business and HR stakeholders on organisational and workforce priorities

• Support organisational effectiveness and change-management programmes

• Drive strategic HR projects that support business growth and plant expansion

• Develop and implement people solutions aligned with business objectives

• Strengthen organisational capability, workforce effectiveness and employee experience

• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with company standards and employment legislation

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels

• Promote HR excellence, collaboration and capability development

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline

• Strong HR business partnering and stakeholder-management experience

• Prior experience supporting a manufacturing or plant environment is mandatory

• Experience in organisational effectiveness, change management or strategic HR projects

• Comfortable operating independently as an individual contributor

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
