Job Summary

Join SodaStream Singapore as a Retail / Sales Team Member to drive sales, educate customers, and support retail campaigns while maintaining a positive brand image in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on SodaStream products to enhance their understanding and encourage purchases
• Execute in-store campaigns to increase product visibility and sales
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service to create a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image consistently across retail locations
• Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals

• Demonstrate outgoing, friendly, and confident communication skills to connect naturally with customers
• Use strong verbal communication and active listening skills to understand and respond to customer needs
• Exhibit a natural ability to promote products enthusiastically to customers
• Show willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment

• Comprehensive training will be provided
• Role requires availability on weekends and public holidays during retail hours
• Allowances or commissions may be offered to candidates with relevant experience
• Preference given to candidates who can commit to full listed hours
