Job Summary

Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus (P1–P6) to enhance students’ oral and writing skills. Prepare teaching materials, monitor progress, provide feedback, and maintain effective classroom management while engaging with parents and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons based on the MOE syllabus for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students to ensure curriculum adherence and student engagement
• Prepare teaching materials and worksheets that support lesson objectives and student learning outcomes
• Develop students’ oral and writing skills through targeted lesson delivery and practice activities
• Monitor students’ academic progress regularly and provide tailored support to address learning needs
• Mark assignments accurately and provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement
• Maintain good classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment
• Develop revision notes and practice papers to reinforce key concepts and prepare students for assessments
• Communicate effectively with parents and school management to report on student progress and address concerns
• Participate actively in training sessions and support centre activities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Advanced oral and writing skills preferred to effectively teach and support student language development
