BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our hotel linen business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key hotel accounts, and driving sales growth for our range of hospitality linen products, including bed linens, towels, bathrobes, table linens, and related items.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Executive Housekeepers, Procurement Managers, and Purchasing Departments.
• Promote and sell hotel linen products such as Bedsheets,Pillowcase,Duvet covers,Bathrobes,Bath towels,Bath mats,Table linens and other hospitality textile products. Conduct customer visits and product presentations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend hotel exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
