  • Partner with business units to drive organizational effectiveness and deliver HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory on talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, rewards, and HR policies.
  • Identify people-related risks and opportunities, and recommend effective HR solutions to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services team to ensure timely recruitment, appointment, and re-appointment of staff.
  • Support and advise leaders on employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary matters, and change management.
  • Drive key HR initiatives, including manpower planning, budgeting, employee engagement, and people development.
