Sales Merchandising & Events Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Perform islandwide delivery and collection of goods, including loading and unloading of items.
• Handle physical work such as moving, carrying, arranging, and setting up goods at various locations.
• Responsible for booth design, setup, dismantling, and decoration for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and functions.
• Attend and support company events/functions from preparation stage until completion.
• Ensure all event materials, equipment, and products are properly arranged and maintained.
• Assist with merchandising activities, product displays, and promotional setups.
• Travel islandwide to different locations based on operational requirements.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Working Requirements

• 6-day work week is required.
• Must be prepared to work on weekends, Public Holidays, and after-office hours when required.
• Working hours may vary depending on delivery schedules and event requirements.
• Must be willing to work long hours during event periods.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor work and hands-on tasks.
• Must be able to work independently and handle pressure.
