Job Responsibilities

Storekeeper

• Daily manage warehouse and administration operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
• In charge for incoming and outgoing shipment of the warehouse.
• Oversee to assist inventory control efforts and inventory personnel for the warehouse including cycle count and housekeeping of inventory.
• To assist for the inspection and routine maintenance of associated machines and equipment.
• To follow safety awareness.
• General housekeeping and cleanliness.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties/ task assigned by Superior.

Quality & Quantity Inspection Support

• Inspect all incoming goods against approved specifications.
• Verify quantity, quality, and condition of materials received.
• Reject or report damaged/non-conforming goods to suppliers, procurement and/or relevant department.
• Record inspection results and maintain QQIS documentation.
• Coordinate with Receiving Team and Warehouse for clearance or quarantine of goods.
• Support supplier quality issue resolution when required.

Job Qualifications

Education Required

• GCE O-Level
• Diploma will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Required

• Min 2 years’ experience in Logistics or in the related field.
• Physically fit to lift or carry goods weighing up to 25kg.

Specialized Certificates / Licenses

• Candidates must have Singapore Forklift license
• CSOC
