Digital Marketing & Community Partnerships Executive (6-Month Contract | Extendable)

What You'll Be Doing

Community Research & Insights

• Conduct research on resident demographics, behaviours, preferences, and emerging trends within the mall's surrounding communities.
• Identify customer needs, pain points, and preferred digital platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, forums, and community apps.
• Gather insights to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.

Digital Community Monitoring

• Monitor online community channels, social media, and forums to identify trending topics and opportunities.
• Analyse community conversations and provide recommendations to enhance mall campaigns and resident engagement.

Merchant Partnerships & Content Management

• Reach out to merchants to explore partnerships, promotions, and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate with merchants to collect promotional materials and ensure offer details are accurate before publication.
• Support the creation and management of content for the mall's website and mobile application.
• Upload, categorise, and maintain digital content while ensuring timely updates.
• Track content performance and prepare simple reports to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams, merchants, and external stakeholders to turn insights into meaningful campaigns and community initiatives.
• Support the execution of digital marketing activities and promotional events.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with merchants and external partners.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, or content management systems is a plus.
