UI Designer (FMCG, One North)

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer / UI Designer to create engaging visual designs and digital experiences across marketing and product platforms. You will work closely with Product Designers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-quality graphics, UI designs, prototypes, and design assets that align with brand and user needs.

Contract: 12 Months

Location: One North

Salary up to $4500

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for marketing materials, digital campaigns, branding, packaging, and other print/digital assets.
• Design UI deliverables including mockups, prototypes, design systems, components, and development-ready assets.
• Translate brand guidelines into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.
• Collaborate with UX Designers to convert wireframes into polished user interfaces.
• Conduct UI research, competitive analysis, accessibility reviews, and support A/B testing initiatives.
• Partner with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation quality.
• Maintain design consistency across products and channels.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions and contribute to design process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Intermediate knowledge of UI design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience creating design systems, prototypes, and development handoff assets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS).
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
