Project Manager – F&B Digital Solutions (1-year contract)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support the enhancement, deployment and continuous improvement of F&B digital solutions, including kiosk and QR ordering platforms across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of F&B digital initiatives.
• Drive enhancements, deployments and BAU improvements.
• Coordinate IT, operations and vendor teams.
• Work closely with outlet managers and frontline staff.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Support UAT, training and go-live activities.
• Monitor project risks and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Experience delivering F&B, hospitality or retail technology projects.
• Experience with POS, kiosk, QR ordering or digital ordering platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong operational project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Vendor management experience.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
