Business Analyst – F&B Digital Solutions (1-year contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the enhancement and delivery of F&B digital solutions within a leading hospitality environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications and process flows.
• Work closely with Project Managers, developers and vendors.
• Support UAT planning, execution and defect management.
• Review enhancement requests and assess business impact.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B or retail environments is highly preferred.
• Strong documentation and business process mapping skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
• Familiarity with POS, kiosk, QR ordering or customer-facing digital platforms is advantageous.
