RoleOverview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support the Commercial & Partnerships team in developing, managing, and delivering strategic partnerships across AAMS’ key platforms, including conferences, awards, and industry programs.

This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, sponsorship strategy, and client engagement within Singapore’s marketing ecosystem.

KeyResponsibilities

1.Partnership Development Support

  • Assist in researching and identifying potential partners and sponsors
  • Support the preparation of partnership proposals and pitch decks
  • Track outreach and maintain partnership pipelines

2. Account& Relationship Management

  • Support day-to-day coordination with existing partners
  • Assist in ensuring delivery of partnership benefits across platforms
  • Help prepare meeting notes, reports, and follow-ups

3. Event& Program Integration

Work across AAMS flagship initiatives such as:

  • Conferences (e.g. Beyond Boundaries)
  • Industry Awards (e.g. Gong Awards, SMMA)
  • Talent & leadership programmes

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting partner deliverables across events
  • Coordinating branding, speaking slots, and activations
  • Assisting on-site during events where required

4. Content& Marketing Support

  • Assist in developing partner-facing content (presentations, summaries, reports)
  • Support storytelling of partnerships (case studies, highlights)
  • Work with internal teams on promotional materials

Requirements

  • Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
