Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain partnerships with acquiring partners, banks, and key stakeholders in the payments sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth through collaboration with local banks and payment partners.
• Manage and enhance strategic partnerships with financial institutions and payment service providers.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the payments landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support acquiring-related projects and initiatives.
• Represent the organization in meetings, industry events, and discussions with external entities.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analyses for management.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in business, finance, banking, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the payments or banking industry, with direct involvement in acquiring business, partnership management, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of acquiring business operations and payment card ecosystems.
• Existing relationships and network within local banks and payment industry stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
