After Sales Service Manager/Engineer

Overview

Our client is a global provider of marine equipment and engineering solutions, supporting commercial vessels, offshore assets, and shipyards worldwide. They are seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to lead the regional after-sales service function, ensuring exceptional customer support while driving service growth and operational excellence.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore operators
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical and commercial service matters.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Commercial & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth through service contracts, Annual Maintenance Agreements (AMAs), Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), spare parts sales, retrofits, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Identify opportunities to expand aftermarket services within existing customer accounts.
• Work closely with the sales team during equipment handover to ensure a seamless transition into the service phase.
• Prepare service quotations, maintenance proposals, and contract renewals.
