Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional facial and skincare treatments to the highest standards.
  • Conduct skin analysis and provide personalised treatment and homecare recommendations.
  • Build lasting client relationships through effective consultations and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual sales targets by recommending suitable treatment programmes and skincare solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client records, uphold hygiene standards, and support daily centre operations.

Requirements

  • CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent beauty certification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in beauty therapy or facial treatments.
  • Strong consultation, communication, and sales skills.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
