Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance.
Excellent piano performance and teaching skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work on weekends.
Plan and deliver engaging individual and group piano lessons tailored to students' abilities and goals.
Prepare students for ABRSM Practical and Performance examinations, from Initial Grade through Diploma level (DipABRSM/LRSM/FRSM, where applicable).
Develop students' technical proficiency, musicality, sight-reading, aural skills, and performance confidence.
Prepare and coach students for examinations, recitals, concerts, festivals, and piano competitions.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate lesson records and student progress reports.
Select appropriate repertoire and teaching materials based on each student's level and learning objectives.
Encourage disciplined practice habits and foster a positive learning environment.
Participate in school concerts, faculty meetings, and other music department activities as required.
