*URGENT* Part Time/Temp/Contract Clinic Assistant (no exp required, up to $2.5k) #HCGT

Job Description

• Manage front desk duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, enquiries, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures, prepare consultation rooms, and perform basic clinical tasks where trained.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, ensure treatment rooms are well-stocked, monitor inventory, and support infection control and workplace safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or supervising healthcare professionals.

• Min N-Level Certificate
• Passion for customer service and patient is required
• Experience in healthcare is preferred, but training will be provided.
