Manage the complete domestic helper placement process including sourcing, interviewing candidates, preparing contracts, and supporting clients to ensure successful placements
Respond to customer inquiries and conduct indoor sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets
Process Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work permit applications and coordinate all related documentation accurately and timely
Liaise with overseas partner agencies to coordinate documentation and placement arrangements
Facilitate after-sales support by mediating communication between employers and domestic helpers to resolve issues smoothly
Perform daily administrative tasks including document processing using Microsoft Word and Excel, and maintain accurate records in the agency system
Ensure strict adherence to MOM Singapore regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while working independently
Training will be provided for candidates without EA industry experience
Good command of English & Malay or Mandarin-speaking is an advantage
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, online forms)
Candidates with CEI ( KAH /Basic) certification will have an added advantage
