Salary: $11-12/ hr

Working hours: 5 days/ week (one weekday and sunday off)

• Monday to Friday:

a) AM Shift: 830am to 530pm

b) PM Shift: 11am to 8pm

• Saturday and PH:

a) AM Shift: 830am to 530pm

Job Scope

Provide bedside financial counselling to patients and next-of-kin on hospital charges, subsidies, payment options, and financial assistance schemes. Manage admissions, billing enquiries, payment collection, deposits, and transaction reconciliation while ensuring compliance with hospital policies. Advise patients on national healthcare forms, process submissions to relevant authorities, maintain accurate SAP records, and ensure complete documentation and follow-up throughout the patient's admission journey.

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
• Keen in healthcare industry
