6 Months Contract – Treasury Product & Business Support

Salary: S$5,000 – S$7,000 per month

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Treasury Product & Business Support professional to support the Treasury business across product management, business initiatives, process improvement, data analytics, and project execution.

Candidates with prior experience in Sales & Trading, Treasury, or Product Management, particularly those with exposure to Structured Products and Foreign Exchange (FX), are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Product & Business Support

• Support day-to-day activities relating to Structured Products, FX, Equities, and other Treasury-related initiatives.

• Assist in preparing product papers, management reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards.

• Conduct market and competitor research on Treasury products, digital wealth solutions, and industry best practices.

• Support product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives across the Treasury business.

Process Improvement & Change Management

• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen operational controls.

• Drive process automation initiatives and support the implementation of new systems, tools, and process enhancements.

• Challenge existing processes and recommend practical solutions to enhance customer and staff experience.

• Support change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of new processes and initiatives.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.

• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Translate data and analysis into actionable insights to support management decision-making.

• Prepare regular business and performance updates for key stakeholders.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Sales & Trading, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk.

• Support project planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.

• Track project milestones, action items, and key deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation of system and process changes.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Sales & Trading, Product Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Investment Products, or Banking Operations.

• Candidates with experience in Sales & Trading or Product Management are strongly preferred.

• Prior exposure to Structured Products and Foreign Exchange (FX) is highly advantageous.

• Good understanding of Treasury products, financial markets, and the broader banking or capital markets environment.

• Experience supporting product development, business initiatives, process improvement, or change management projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics, dashboarding, or automation tools is an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Salary: S$5,000 – S$7,000 per month
