Job Summary

Manage sales and manicurist teams while overseeing shop operations. Deliver professional nail, eyelash, and hair extension services. Promote products and assist customers in selecting suitable offerings to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the sales and manicurist teams to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality
  • Deliver professional nail services including manicure, pedicure, nail extension, and gel nail application to meet client expectations
  • Perform eyelash extension and hair extension services with precision to enhance client appearance
  • Actively promote products and services by assisting customers in selecting options that best suit their needs
