Job Summary
Manage a team of sales and manicurists while overseeing shop operations. Deliver professional nail and beauty services including manicure, pedicure, nail extension, gel nails, eyelash extension, and hair extension. Promote products and assist customers in selecting services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the sales and manicurist team to achieve operational efficiency and service excellence
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Deliver professional nail services including manicure, pedicure, nail extension, and gel nail applications to meet client expectations
- Perform eyelash extension and hair extension services with precision to enhance client appearance
- Actively promote products and services by educating customers and assisting them in making informed selections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment to support positive customer experiences
