Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the sales and manicurist team to achieve operational efficiency and service excellence
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Deliver professional nail and beauty treatments, including manicure, pedicure, nail extension, and gel nail services, ensuring high-quality results
- Apply eyelash and hair extension services to enhance client appearance and satisfaction
- Promote products and services actively, guiding customers to select options that meet their needs and preferences
