Senior AI technical lead role building practical optimisation and intelligent-control products for industrial environments. You will shape the platform, deliver the core models, and lead a small engineering team from early prototype through customer deployment.

Requirements

• Strong commercial AI/ML engineering background, including reinforcement learning and optimisation
• Excellent Python and deep-learning framework experience
• Built real production ML systems, not only notebooks or research projects
• Experience with simulation, sensor or time-series data, and physical/industrial systems
• Able to build ML tooling, data pipelines, deployment workflows and model monitoring
• Comfortable leading technical design, mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards
• Startup-minded: independent, fast, practical and comfortable with ambiguity
• Cloud, containers, orchestration, robotics, automation or digital-twin exposure is useful
