JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze clients’ hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate products & services
  • Provide hands on of scalp/hair treatments on customer.
  • Work closely with consultant on customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
  • Maintain high customer service standards & professional etiquette at all times with customers and also team members
  • Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • No experience welcome, Full training provided
  • Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Convenient working locations in shopping malls
