Supervisor

Role Overview The Cleaning Company Supervisor oversees daily operations to deliver high-quality cleaning services, optimize team performance, and ensure full compliance with safety and client standards. You will act as the key liaison between cleaning staff, management, and clients to drive service excellence across assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff to align tasks with site needs and individual strengths
• Monitor staff attendance and promptly address performance or conduct issues to maintain team efficiency
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify cleaning meets agreed specifications, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
• Identify and correct substandard work immediately and implement continuous improvement measures
• Manage inventory of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment by placing orders, checking stock levels, and ensuring safe storage and use
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements, resolve complaints, and confirm service satisfaction
• Provide timely updates to company management on operational progress, issues, and client feedback
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations by ensuring staff use protective gear correctly and follow proper chemical handling procedures
• Report accidents or hazards immediately to maintain a safe working environment

• Prior experience in cleaning services or supervisory roles to support effective team leadership and operational management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance and quality
• Physical fitness and reliability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required
