Food Safety & Hygiene Officer (Mentor Role, Senior-Friendly)

Raja's Catering (part of the Alangkaar group) is a Muis Halal-certified South & North Indian caterer serving weddings and events of 100 to 800 pax. We are hiring a Food Safety & Hygiene Officer in a mentor-style role — this is a position where your experience is the asset. Mature jobseekers with F&B, kitchen, or QC backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Daily food-safety and hygiene monitoring: temperature logs, labelling/FIFO, cleaning schedules.

- Quality checks on outgoing food: taste, portion, presentation, packing integrity.

- Train and mentor junior kitchen and service crew on hygiene and standards.

- Keep the kitchen audit-ready at all times (SFA and Muis Halal standards).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Prior F&B, kitchen, or quality-control experience (about 2 years or more).

- WSQ Food Safety certification, or willingness to certify (company-sponsored).

- A patient mentor temperament — your experience is exactly what our young crew needs.
