Affiliate Marketing Strategy, Shopee Singapore Marketing

Job Description

• Lead the growth strategy for Shopee Singapore’s affiliate marketing business, with responsibility for traffic acquisition, affiliate partner growth, conversion performance, and business outcomes
• Grow high-quality traffic across affiliate channels, including creators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and network partners
• Identify, acquire, and develop strategic affiliate partners to expand Shopee’s affiliate ecosystem and diversify traffic sources
• Design and implement programmes to increase affiliate activation, engagement, content creation, and publishing activity
• Improve affiliate conversion and gross merchandise value through initiatives such as brand and SKU matching, promotional mechanics, commission structures, and other commercial levers
• Monitor affiliate funnel performance across acquisition, activation, and conversion, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Track key affiliate business metrics, including traffic, average daily orders, and affiliate direct gross merchandise value

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required
• Minimum two years of full-time strategy experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Experience developing growth strategies, commercial initiatives, or partnership programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace businesses, affiliate marketing, loyalty programmes, fintech, digital platforms, or performance marketing would be advantageous
