About the Role

This dual-focused internship places you at the heart of the APAC Foundational Products Squad’s (FPS) transformation. You will support crucial cross-functional projects spanning data, AI, and knowledge management.

Your primary mission is to translate diverse datasets into timely, actionable insights. By contributing to dashboards, analyses, and tools, you will empower FPS and affiliate teams across Asia-Pacific to access the right information at the right time, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

You will also explore how cutting-edge AI can be harnessed to generate powerful market, patient, and customer insights, pushing the boundaries of innovation in communication and engagement across the region.

What You’ll Do

• AI and Digital Innovation: Pilot AI applications for market, customer, and patient insights, including experimenting with AI-powered content creation (e.g., avatar modules, personalized communications) and exploring emerging AI tools (NotebookLM, AI copilots).
• Data Consolidation and Analytics: Organize and consolidate diverse datasets (financial, customer, patient support program, etc.) into reliable systems for analysis.
• Knowledge Management& Efficiency: Contribute to the Commercial Performance Dashboard Project (centralized landing page, user-friendly layout) and provide general analytical support for commercial excellence initiatives.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a key liaison between various data management teams and the FPS to ensure alignment, seamless data flow, and functional requirements for new or existing commercial performance dashboards.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3rd or 4th year student in Business, Data Science, Finance, IT or related fields.
• Curious about AI and digital transformation, comfortable experimenting with new technology, and passionate about data and digital tools.
• Strong creative and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working independently with diverse stakeholders across APAC.
• Able to commit to afull-time internshipfromJanuary 2027 to June 2027.
• Willing and able to work atPaya Lebar Quarter, Singapore.
