Procurement Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to take on the role of Procurement Manager, responsible for overseeing purchasing operations and ensuring cost-effective acquisition of high-quality goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.

• Analyze market trends and maintain relationships with suppliers to enhance the supply chain.

• Identify trustworthy suppliers, assess vendor proposals, and negotiate advantageous pricing and contract terms.

• Conduct regular audits of vendor performance and address supply chain disruptions or quality concerns.

• Develop cost-reduction strategies while maintaining quality and identifying process improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with various departments to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.

• Prepare annual budgets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on operational performance to management.

• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles.

• Strong expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, market analysis, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, meticulous, and resourceful team player.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
