Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineering teams in process development.

• Formulate new or modified processes, specifying required equipment and reviewing techniques for product manufacturing.

• Coordinate with engineering and scientific personnel for design requirement reviews to ensure compatibility of methods.

• Compile and analyze test data to establish appropriate limits and specifications for processes and materials.

• Plan and manage projects to define and select new concepts and automation technologies for improved processing methods.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot integration and process-related challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in process development is advantageous.

• Experience in project management is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team player.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
