Administrator II (HR)

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure that company’s staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental requirements as well as RBA requirement.
  • Oversees recruiters, technical recruiters, temporary and contract labor resources, and employment representatives in staffing activities.
  • Establishes and oversees maintenance of effective servicing avenues and internal / external resume tracking systems to speed the process of identifying qualified candidates.
  • Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns
  • Plan, develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire
  • Work with hiring manager in manpower planning to meet operational needs
  • Maintain accurate records of staff particulars in the HMS and LMS systems
  • Provides information feedback trends and concerns to management as appropriate
  • Identifies and maintains contacts with recruiting sources, eg. Job fairs, agencies and various job search websites and including schools, institutions and universities
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
  • Monitor recruitment cost and update recruitment reports
  • Administer the resignation process and updates and conduct exit interview
  • Leads employee engagement activities, eg, New Hire 136 and CoffeeChats Sessions
  • Administer traineeship programs, eg. WorkStudy and Internship Programs
  • Assist new applications, renewal for Employment Pass and Permanent Residence Application
  • Prepare confirmation, certificate of employment, acceptance of resignation letters
  • Monitor and follow-up on Employee Introducer Scheme if any
  • Prepare necessary documents for new hire, confirmation, etc
  • Assist Pass application if any for foreign recruitment with MOM
  • Develop innovative employees’ bonding and engagement activities to improve retention
  • Drive and lead HR improvement projects
  • Support Audit
  • Involve in Quarterly Communication Session
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Degree in any discipline and / with Diploma in HRM or equivalent preferred
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
  • Preferably with 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • PC literate, well-versed in MS and Google Suite
  • A team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace and high volume hiring environment
  • Proficient with Singapore labor laws, work passes requirements etc
