Job Summary

Who we are

At Via, our mission is to provide the best health and wellbeing support to as many people as possible, helping them to change their lives for the better.

Last year, we supported over 11,000 people across the UK affected by alcohol and drug use. Everything we do is driven by our values:

  • Care. Care for people is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Be human. We are accessible, genuine and humble. Always learning.
  • Do the right thing. We’re open, honest and inclusive. We get things done.

We want to recruit the very best talent. We believe in nurturing a positive workplace culture where our colleagues feel valued, recognised, empowered, and supported.

What we’re looking for

Are you a brilliant storyteller who can bring our impact to life?

We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Content and Engagement Lead – Communications to help us share the life-changing difference we make every day at Via.

This hands-on role involves working closely with our drug and alcohol support services, building trusted relationships, and turning case studies, insights, lived experience stories, photography, and short-form video into compelling content for newsletters, our website, social media, and marketing materials.

You’ll also help strengthen our internal communications, keeping colleagues informed, connected, and engaged around our shared purpose.

You'll be an excellent communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills, and a natural curiosity about people. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects and confident in working sensitively with personal stories, tailoring accessible and inclusive content for different audiences and channels.

If you're motivated by making a difference and passionate about telling meaningful stories with care and authenticity, we'd love to hear from you.

Deadline: 18 August 2026 at midnight

Salary: £32,333 to £35,323 per annum, dependent on experience

Vacancy type: Permanent
