We are looking for you,

Vendor Settlement Coordinator

to join our Renewable Products / Vendor Settlement team in Suntec, Singapore.

You will focus on performing daily invoice processing activities and reviewing sustainability documentation associated with shipments by vessels, containers and trucks. In this job you will work closely with internal teams such as Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Contracts, Finance and Sustainability.

In our team, you will also have an opportunity to collaborate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, terminals, transporters and be an enabler for excellent daily operations in a growing international environment. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

Coordinate and drive daily management of vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner with up-to-date accurate system entries

Manage market sustainability compliance activities by applying existing processes, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance against international sustainability certification standards

Primary contact for external and internal stakeholders for vendor invoices and sustainability documentation

Coordinate with vendors on problem-solving and issue resolution

Add value by identifying process and system improvements

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Tertiary education (Diploma, Degree) in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or similar

At least 5 to 8 years hands-on experience in invoice processing or order processing

Relevant work experience in the petrochemical/oil industry, supply chain logistics cargo operations (bulk and/or non-bulk)

Knowledge of SAP and IT/ERP tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

Strong team player attitude with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment

Ability to be flexible and effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with fact-driven approach

High levels of adaptability to work with complex, changing situations with flexible work attitude

Performance-driven and accurate way of working

Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other Asian languages will be an advantage.

Other strengths we value

Experience in handling APAC including North/South Asia markets will be an advantage
