THE ROLE

As a Security Ambassador, you’re the professional, visible presence guests notice the moment they step through the door: managing entry, reading the room, and keeping the whole venue running safely from a quiet Tuesday dinner to a packed Saturday night. You’ll work across every part of the venue, backed by a team that takes safety as seriously as guest experience.

YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...

  • Hold a valid PLRD licence, or are eligible and willing to obtain one
  • Bring around 2 years of security or related operational experience
  • Read a room fast — you notice what’s off before it becomes a problem
  • Stay calm, professional and clear-headed under pressure
  • Bring genuine guest-service instincts, not just a security mindset
