Guest Relations Host

THE ROLE

As Host at CÉ LA VI Singapore, you’re the choreographer of the guest journey — managing reservations, arrivals and seating so that every guest, from a casual walk-in to a VIP regular, feels expected and welcomed. You’ll work across our lobby, restaurant and club lounge, keeping the whole guest flow moving smoothly even when the room is at full capacity.

YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...

• Have 1–2 years of hospitality experience, ideally in reservations or front-of-house
• Multitask like it’s second nature — reservations, arrivals and enquiries all at once
• Stay warm and unflustered when the room is packed and the waitlist is growing
• Notice the details that make a guest feel recognised, not just seated
• Communicate clearly with the whole operational team
