We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing & Events Manager to bring that energy to life — someone who turns campaigns into moments, fills the room, and makes every guest feel the magic before they’ve even stepped off the elevator.

The Role

You’ll lead the delivery of marketing campaigns, venue activations and partnerships, while providing day-to-day leadership to our Marketing & Events Executives and Interns. Sitting at the heart of the marketing team, you’ll be the driving force behind guest engagement, attendance and brand awareness — translating the CÉ LA VI vision into integrated initiatives that people can’t stop talking about.

Bring the campaigns to life

• Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and venue channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and project priorities end to end.
• Support the development of seasonal marketing plans and activation calendars.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements that move the needle.

Own the events

• Lead the planning and execution of assigned events and activations.
• Develop promotional plans that drive attendance and guest engagement.
• Coordinate event marketing requirements across departments.
• Be in the room — attend key events and support seamless operational execution.

Build the partnerships

• Coordinate sponsor and partner relationships.
• Support influencer, media and brand collaborations.
• Ensure delivery of partnership obligations and campaign commitments.

Keep score

• Monitor campaign expenditure and event budgets.
• Track attendance, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly reports and performance summaries.
