Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to support operational requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials, parts and services at competitive prices.
Review supplier quotations, conduct cost analysis and recommend optimal purchasing decisions.
Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor, material and pricing data within the ERP system.
Drive cost reduction initiatives, supplier development and risk mitigation strategies to improve procurement performance.
Monitor supplier performance through quality, delivery and service metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Support material planning, inventory reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Prepare procurement reports and analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and perform other duties as assigned.
