Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive / Accountant with knowledge of Indian accounting and hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily accounting activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.

Maintain accounts using Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.

Process supplier invoices and customer payments.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial reports.

Assist with GST, tax, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and other management reports.

Support budgeting and financial forecasting.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with good accounting knowledge may also apply).

Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards and bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime is mandatory.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with GST and tax compliance.

Knowledge of financial reporting and bank reconciliation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
