QA Executive (PHARMACEUTICAL/East) - up to $4500 #HAO

Salary: up to $4500

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Macpherson

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Serve as the document controller for Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Specifications, Work Instructions, Forms, Records, and Quality Reports.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, PIC/S, ICH, ASEAN Guidelines, FDA requirements, and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Manage and coordinate change control activities, including impact assessments, implementation, and timely closure.

• Support deviation investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective implementation and closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Handle quality-related issues arising from manufacturing operations and provide QA support to resolve compliance concerns.

• Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) reports and Management Review reports.

• Manage customer complaints, product recalls, product returns, and counterfeit investigations.

• Review and control packaging artwork, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with approved requirements.

• Provide QA oversight and support for equipment qualifications, validation activities, machine testing, and trial runs.

• Monitor accelerated and real-time stability programmes.

• Promote and ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity requirements.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects related to quality systems and compliance.

• Support the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Life Sciences or similar & min relevant 3 yrs of experience in GMP/PHARMA/Medical Device environment
