  • Permanent role + AWS + VB + Yearly Sales Incentive (Commission)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing marine accounts.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify customer requirements.
  • Deliver sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Recommend suitable technical products and service solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account retention.

Requirements：

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field, or Master Mariner/Chief Engineer certification.
  • Minimum five years of marine sales experience.
  • Strong marine industry knowledge and established customer network.
  • Experience in direct technical sales and solution selling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
