Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards
• Monitor patients' conditions and document nursing observations accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols

Requirements

• Registered Staff Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with a valid practising certificate (where applicable)
• Compassionate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Committed to delivering quality patient care
