We are hiring Contract Customer Service, Dental and Administrative Assistants to support healthcare and clinic operations. If you enjoy working with people and are looking to gain experience in a healthcare environment, we have opportunities available across different functions.

Customer Service / Patient Service

• Attend to customer or patient enquiries and provide professional frontline service
• Manage registrations, appointments and general administrative enquiries

Dental Assistant

• Assist dentists during consultations and dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and support daily clinic operations

Admin Assistant

• Perform general administrative duties including data entry and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, filing and other operational support as required

Requirements

• Customer service, administrative or healthcare experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment

Working Hours

• 5–5.5 days per week depending on role
• Office hours / rostered shifts may apply
• Minimum commitment of 3 months for contract positions
