Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Our client is a global leader in semiconductor inspection and metrology systems, providing advanced equipment and solutions to the semiconductor industry. They are looking for motivated Field Service Engineers to support equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Location: Kallang area

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support.
• Conduct equipment training for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Prepare and maintain weekly service reports and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional technical support.
• Travel locally and overseas for installation, servicing, and support assignments when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with semiconductor inspection or metrology equipment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas (e.g. Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, India) when required.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to commence work within short notice will be an advantage.
