3 Months Contract

Attached to Treasury KYC Team

• Support the Treasury KYC team due to the increased workload, particularly in updating signatory lists and managing the entity name change
• May have another 3 months extension, depending on the needs

Bank Onboarding & Relationship Support

• Coordinate end-to-end bank account opening and onboarding processes.
• Review bank onboarding checklists and determine applicable documentation requirements.
• Liaise directly with bank operations teams, and compliance teams on KYC matters.
• Track onboarding progress and resolve documentation gaps promptly.

Corporate KYC Management

• Maintain complete and accurate corporate KYC documentation for all legal entities.
• Monitor document expiry dates and coordinate renewals with relevant stakeholders.

Authorized Signatory Management

• Coordinate signatory additions, removals, and mandate updates with Corporate Secretarial and banks.
• Ensure supporting documentation is accurately completed and submitted.

Documentation Governance

• Maintain a centralized repository of corporate and signatory KYC documentation.
• Ensure documents are current, complete, and accessible for authorized users.
• Support digital KYC platforms and document mapping requirements for various banking partners.

Compliance & Due Diligence

• Review bank compliance requests and provide standardized responses.
• Escalate non-standard information requests to Treasury management when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate KYC, Treasury Operations,
• Experience managing KYC requirements for multinational corporations and multiple banking partners.
