Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in battery packs and components through collaboration with partners.

• Build and maintain internal knowledge repositories and technical materials for the business development team.

• Simplify technical product information into clear presentations for customers.

• Lead and coordinate technical validation, sample testing, and qualification processes.

• Support the sales team by qualifying customer requirements and conducting technical briefings.

• Collaborate with the business development team to advance opportunities to closing stages.

• Provide post-sales technical support and assist in coordinating with customers.

• Identify high-potential opportunities within the battery ecosystem.

• Stay informed on battery technologies and monitor regulatory and competitive developments.

• Translate market insights into actionable business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or related disciplines).

• Foundational understanding of battery systems and components.

• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering or technical support roles, preferably in battery-related industries.

• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

• Collaborative mindset for supporting business development and cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
