Process Assistant Engineer

Join a dynamic team and take charge of process-related activities, focusing on continuous improvement and quality control. This position offers opportunities for project management and advanced defect analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support process design, production process debugging, and testing.

• Ensure process quality by maintaining control over quality and yield; implement continuous improvement plans.

• Execute engineering tests, evaluate results, and report findings.

• Analyze production line defects and coordinate countermeasures for process-related issues.

• Manage projects independently or collaboratively, introducing new models, processes, and materials to the production line.

• Maintain and update ISO documentation; participate in secondary assignments and projects as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in drafting software considered advantageous.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
